Those are a nice piece. Use an accelerator and bolt rather than blowback and spring right? Keeps them operating well in frigid weather. Also eliminates barrel slide wear.

That is if I recall correctly.

EDIT: Ooops. They still have a spring I believe behind the bolt.

Don't know but it's a nice design and the Finnish have been known to have good craftsmanship on the Mosin rifle.
